The mission of Pajaro Valley Prevention and Student Assistance (PVPSA) is To improve the quality of life of children, youth and families of the greater Pajaro Valley by providing health education, mental health, and substance use services, and by advocating for public policies that protect the wellbeing of our community.
PVPSA has been providing comprehensive health education, mental health services, substance abuse and intervention and prevention services, and direct counseling to the students and families of the Pajaro Valley for over 30 years. We have a longstanding involvement with our school district as well as local Cities and Counties where we work together in collaboration to provide services. We provide opportunities that are life changing for our youth and transformative for our communities.
Sandra told our staff after receiving a rolling shopping cart: These are my friends, they are always looking out for my wellbeing, thank you very much for the cart, I'm definitely not going to miss any food distributions, thank you very much for the food.
